By downloading, installing, or using AppFinder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

AppFinder is an app discovery service that helps users find iOS applications based on their needs. The App provides search functionality, app recommendations, and related features.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes limited searches and features as described in the App.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are available as monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchases through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Scrape or copy content from the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by KNWS and protected by intellectual property laws. App information displayed comes from public sources and third-party data providers.

7. Third-Party Content

The App displays information about third-party applications. We do not control these apps and are not responsible for their content, functionality, or availability. Links to the App Store are provided for convenience.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of app information
• That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That search results will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms.
